Our Community is a covenant-protected community governed by a Board of Directors who are volunteers elected by the property owners. The Governing Documents include the Articles of Incorporation, the Bylaws, Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&R's), and the Design Guidelines.
