The Kettle Creek HOA is managed by Z & R Property Management. The dues (assessments) for Kettle Creek are $410.00 per home annually and are payable in advance on the first day of each calendar year (January – December) and become delinquent after the 10th day of each month, at which time a late charge of $10.00 per month is assessed in addition to any applicable interest charges. The Association's Fiscal year runs January to December.
